Established 1972 under the ownership of Allen Brown we were primarily Agricultural Machinery Manufacturers, manufacturing the Eckersley Stone Gatherer for both the local and export markets. We also manufactured front end farm loaders, stone rowers, trailers, wind rowers etc. for the local market.
Having up to 17 employees in the mid 1980's, agriculture took sharp downturn so in reply, we changed our business direction and began doing maintenance and contract work.
This work took us all over the state, even so far as Giles in Western Australia where we manufactured and installed radar and water towers.
Always adapting to the changing needs of the industry we have also been heavily involved with OH & S requirements and do substantial new and modifications of existing structures.
